Change Or Cancel order

  1. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
  2. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

Return policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us with email at first. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns in new condition, unused , and still, have the original package & gifts attached.

  1. Items returned within 30 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, material, or color doesn’t match the description, please feel free to contact us, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
  2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.
  3. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed in 2 business days. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
  4. Only items purchased directly from https://www.daneey.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
  5. After the return request has been authorized, the hair extensions&hair wave can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.
  6. Exchanges:At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.  If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item.

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?

Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?
Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

It usually takes 2-5 days for a delivery around the USA. We strive to get you the tracking details to you as soon as we can, so you can track the progress and arrival of your shipment.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

If you want to change, please send emails to service@daneey.com.If within 2 hours after ordered, we can do it for you, but if over 2hours, we can't make sure of that.

1.If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.
2.Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
3.Only items purchased directly from https://www.daneey.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns. Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
4.Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic bag broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged. Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
