Order Changes/Cancellations:

Contact us promptly with your order number and desired changes. Orders already packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

    Return policy

    Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us with email at first. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns in new condition, unused , and still, have the original package & gifts attached.

    1. Return Policy:Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.
    2. Refund Process:Contact customer service to initiate return. Once approved, return items. Refunds processed within 2 business days of receiving returned item. Buyer pays return shipping.
    3. Authorized Purchases:Only items bought from https://www.daneey.com accepted for return. Items from other sellers must be returned to them directly.
    4. Return Instructions:After approval, ship items to provided address.  Email order number and return package number.ber.
    5. Exchanges:We don't offer direct exchanges.  Please initiate a return and reorder desired item.

    WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?

    Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?
    Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

    • Order number
    • Proof of purchase
    • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
    • Complete delivery address
    • Contact telephone number

    In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
