Wie lange dauert es, bis eine Bestellung eintrifft?

Internationale Bestellungen kommen normalerweise innerhalb von 2–4 Wochen nach dem Versand an. Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Bestellungen das Zollamt in Ihrem Land passieren müssen, bevor sie zur endgültigen Lieferung freigegeben werden, was gelegentlich zu zusätzlichen Verzögerungen führen kann. Sobald eine Bestellung unser Lager verlässt, kann es aufgrund von Faktoren, die außerhalb unserer Kontrolle liegen, zu Verzögerungen beim Versand durch den Spediteur kommen. Leider können wir nicht kontrollieren, wie schnell eine Bestellung eintrifft, nachdem sie unser Lager verlassen hat. Die beste Möglichkeit, mehr Informationen über den Standort Ihres Pakets und den voraussichtlichen Liefertermin zu erhalten, ist die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Spediteur.

Wie erstelle ich eine Abonnementbestellung?

Wir liefern Ihnen die Produkte so schnell wie möglich. Bestellungen werden in der Regel innerhalb von 1–3 Tagen ab dem Datum der Bestellung versandt. Bitte wenden Sie sich an unseren Kundenservice, wenn Ihre Lieferung nicht innerhalb der beschriebenen Fristen eingegangen ist.

About Shipment

How long will my pillow be shipped after I place an order?

It usually takes 2-5 days for a delivery around the USA. We strive to get you the tracking details to you as soon as we can, so you can track the progress and arrival of your shipment.

Which express do you use? How long can I receive the parcel?

EXPRESS DELIVERY VIA UPS/USPS/DHL

All Daneey products will be shipped to you via UPS/USPS/DHL and at the moment,

Your order will be shipped out from US and it will be shipped within four working days

Please understand that there may be delays in shipping time for unforeseen circumstances (i.e.: customs clearance, weather issues) that occurred during the shipment process. However, for the majority of the time, your packages will arrive within the aforementioned period.



NOTE: APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not eligible for delivery. PO Box addresses are also not allowed, but UPS/USPS/DHL may kindly deliver the package to PO Boxes in some cases. However, any loss caused by the PO Box address is not our responsibility, so please provide a physical address if possible.

Do I need to pay the shipping fee?

We offer free shipping to US and European customers, even with any discount codes applied. If you are an other regional customer, you will be charged a shipping fee of $29 regardless of the country you live in.

Do I need to pay the customs duty?

The customs duty is determined by the custom of your country. And it is uncertain to know how much about it.

Can you provide the Overnight shipping service?

Sorry for that,we did not have the overnight service.The fastest delivery time is 2days.

Can I ask for no signature of shipment?

You can make a note in your cart for this or contact us before shipping out. Then we will choose a free sign-off service for you. If the parcel has been shipped, you can call DHL /USPS/UPS to ask them about it. If no one at home receives the parcel, the courier will call you. Please make sure your phone can go through.

Can I receive the parcel on Saturday or Sunday?

The DHL and USPS and UPS are weekend off.If the parcel has been arrived your city,you can go to the local sites to receive it.

Can I use Po.box as the shipping address? Or billing address?

We don't accept PO.box(including FPO or APO) as the shipping address, because the Express(DHL/USPS/UPS) can't deliver and we only accept the physical address as shipping address.However, you can use PO.box as billing address.

I am in a remote area, can you ship it?

Generally, we can ship to most of the countries and regions worldwide, but individual places may be charged remote fees. If the zip code in the area can not be found on the express delivery system, we will not be able to ship it.

About Payment

When I pay via PayPal, do I have to have a PayPal account? Can I use credit cards?

PayPal account is not necessary.You can choose the "Pay with Credit Card".

Which payment methods can I use?

Our store supports a variety of payment methods for your convenience. You can make purchases using PayPal, all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. We strive to provide a seamless and secure checkout experience. If you have any specific payment-related questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

Why is my card declined?

Sometimes when your card is expired, insufficient balance or poor credit which may have a record of Chargeback or others will lead to card declined when paying.

So we suggest customers not take a dispute for no reasons, because your credit record will be affected, and your next shopping will be declined.
When your card is declined, you can call your bank for the problem.

If I pay on your website, is my information safe?

We are sure that our website is legal , which has been certified by the card organization. So please don`t worry about that. Your payment information is kept by your bank or card organization, but not saved by us. We only use your shipping info for delivery. Your information is safe and we will keep your information confidential.

How do I use my coupon code?

The purchasing process on our website is: Add to Cart > Checkout > Confirm > Payment. When you are in the process of Checkout or Confirm, you can apply the coupon code.
