Order Changes/Cancellations:
Contact us promptly with your order number and desired changes. Orders already packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

Return policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us with email at first. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns in new condition, unused , and still, have the original package & gifts attached.
- Return Policy:Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.
- Refund Process:Contact customer service to initiate return. Once approved, return items. Refunds processed within 2 business days of receiving returned item. Buyer pays return shipping.
- Authorized Purchases:Only items bought from https://www.daneey.com accepted for return. Items from other sellers must be returned to them directly.
- Return Instructions:After approval, ship items to provided address. Email order number and return package number.ber.
- Exchanges:We don't offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and reorder desired item.

Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?
Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

HOW LONG WILL MY PILLOW BE SHIPPED AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
It usually takes 2-5 days for a delivery around the USA. We strive to get you the tracking details to you as soon as we can, so you can track the progress and arrival of your shipment.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE, TEXTURE OR ANOTHER PRODUCT AFTER PLACED ORDER?
If you want to change, please send emails to service@daneey.com.If within 2 hours after ordered, we can do it for you, but if over 2hours, we can't make sure of that.
How To Return My Items?
1.If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.
2.Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
3.Only items purchased directly from https://www.daneey.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns. Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
4.Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic bag broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged. Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling. Returns made without receipt may be refused.Daneey reserves the right to deny any return.
